		<description><![CDATA[This was announced in Sunday by Palace spokesman, Secretary Cerge Remonde in a press conference. According to him, there are no evidence that GMA will run in 2010 election and they never talked about plans of running again. The press conference was held after the arrival of GMA from Russia and South Korea.
Secretary Remonde denied that Malacañang is behind the approval of House Resolution 1109 in June 2. He also said that Con-Ass proponents were seeking to resolve a Constitutional issue.
