Con-Ass Nationwide Rally On June 10

Whatever denials of Malacañang is saying now in press conference that they’re not behind the approval of Con-Ass in Kamara, people are against HR 1109. Catholic Bishops’ Conference in the Philippines (CBCP) Bishop Deogracias Yñiguez said that we shouldn’t not wait for our bishops to say “go to the street and protest”. It is clear that they are against Con-Ass. However, they ask the public to protest in peace.

2nd Leadership Forum At UP

Last May 11, the Countdown to 2010 activities included Leadership Forum held at Ateneo de Manila attended by 5 possible presidentiables: Senator Francis Escudero, Senator Richard Gordon, Senator Panfilo Lacson Senator Mar Roxas, Pampanga Gov. Ed Panlilio and Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro.
I watch it on TV live and watch again the replay. The live audience as well as the televiewers heard the presidentiables talked about the political issues and problems in the Philippines, some already choose they candidate. The good news, there will be a part two of Leadership Forum …

Countdown To 2010 Election Activities

365 days from now is the 2010 National Election. ABS CBN and other organizations filled this day with activities to marked the Countdown to 2010.
Boto Mo, Ipatrol Mo: Ako Ang Simula
Originally, this is Citizen Patrol, a segment of TV Patrol which became “Boto Mo, Ipatrol Mo” during 2007 Election. A campaign that was indeed a success for making every filipino participate for reporting election anomalies in their respective places. The campaign which won top international awards is now reborn, tagged as “Boto Mo, Ipatrol Mo: Ako Ang Simula”.
